When am I charged for credits?
A credit is one client for one month. You are charged one credit when you open a client's full plan; the free plan preview costs you nothing. After that the client's month renews for one credit while you keep it on.
When do I get paid on client subscriptions?
Automatically, through Stripe, on its regular payout schedule. SmartEat keeps a flat $10 per subscription; the rest goes to your connected account.
What about refunds?
Clients have a 7-day free trial, so nobody is charged without having used the full product. Refund requests go to support and are decided case by case.
What about sales tax?
Client subscription prices are shown before tax; tax is calculated at checkout. Your share is computed on net-of-tax revenue.
